Student Career Coaching: A Training for Faculty & Staff In-Person / Online
Have you ever needed to have a difficult conversation with a student when their academic performance isn’t aligning with their career aspirations? Those conversations aren’t easy; perhaps they were difficult for you to initiate. Have you ever wondered what university career resources are available for you to use with students?
Join us for a faculty training session to enhance your skills in conducting career coaching conversations with students. Learn to leverage university-wide resources, evaluate career readiness, navigate difficult conversations, set realistic expectations, and distinguish between academic advising and career coaching.
The Zoom offering for this session will not be recorded.
