Canvas Essentials (Zoom) Online
Overview
During this session, the Innovations in Learning and Teaching (QILT) team will introduce you to Canvas and its user-friendly interface. You'll explore how to organize your course effectively, create and upload course content, and manage assignments with ease. Finally, you'll learn to use Canvas' intuitive gradebook for efficient and straightforward grading.
You do not need to opt-in to the Summer 2025 migration to attend this session. This session is a great opportunity to familiarize yourself with the essentials of Canvas, ask questions to the QILT team, and consider when is best for you, your courses, program, or department.
