Join QILT for a brown bag lunch conversation on Professionalization Across the Curriculum on April 10 from 12 to 1:30 p.m. in CCE 250. Our facilitators will be Patricia Kelly, Senior Instructor of Management and Cindy Kern, Associate Teaching Professor of Education. We'll explore the NACE Career Readiness Competencies, debates around syllabus and classroom policies that introduce professional expectations, and the role of differentiation between classroom and workplace behaviors.

In collaboration with our newly formed Advisory Council, QILT is excited to launch a new series of brown bag lunch events called "Across the Curriculum." These sessions are focused on how faculty across the institution teach and cultivate skills and attributes that reflect our strategic priorities. Join us to share methods and learn from colleagues about how various themes come up in classes and curricula. Our goal is to identify the good work faculty are already doing, recognize the different approaches we take, and think about how we scale the skills we value across the curriculum by sharing and collaborating in our teaching community.
